Band of Brothers

Band of Brothers | Darren Choate

I was lucky enough to take a set of photos of a small band of bighorn sheep in Rocky Mountain National Park during the summer of 2014. On a return trip in 2016, I saw a few bighorn sheep, but none were in photogenic environments. This year (2018) — yes, I see the trend of every two years — I returned to the park and was again fortunate to catch a small band of rams in an optimal location for photography. In fact, they were on the same ridge as the first set of rams found in 2014. This band had five rams; the center ram is the biggest, obviously.
